I started as a conventional physician, practicing evidence-based medicine. But watching patients suffer from conditions that could have been prevented changed everything. I became convinced that medicine's future was in prevention — not reaction.

The transition into longevity medicine was long and difficult. I rebuilt my clinical framework from the ground up, integrating epigenetics, biological age assessment, precision diagnostics, and the emerging science of healthspan extension. I searched for guidance and found it scattered across dozens of sources, courses, and specialists.

IUVA Advisory exists because that transition should not be that hard. For the clinics, centers, and investors I work with, I bring everything I learned — the science, the clinical logic, the operational reality — so they can build longevity programs that actually work.
